You’ll play a key role in shaping our QA processes, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth and efficient testing at every stage of development.<h4>WHAT YOU'LL DO</h4><ul><li>Support the entire quality assurance process for mobile, web and backend.</li><li>Develop comprehensive test plans and test cases based on product requirements and specifications.</li><li>Perform exploratory, regression and release testing across multiple platforms. </li><li>Ensure acceptance criteria are well-defined and testable.</li><li>Organize and promote team-driven testing sessions.</li><li>Identify, document, and triage bugs with Product Managers.</li><li>Advocate for monitoring improvements and continuous process enhancements.</li></ul><h4>WHO YOU ARE</h4><ul><li>3+ years of experience as a QA Specialist, Software Tester, or similar role.</li><li>Experience in creating test strategies, writing test plans, and ensuring product quality.</li><li>Strong understanding of SDLC and QA methodologies.</li><li>Excellent attention to detail and ability to identify bugs or issues.</li><li>Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.</li><li>A proactive mindset - taking ownership and driving improvements.</li><li>Passion for continuous learning and growth.</li><li>Must be based in Vienna or willing to relocate (we promise, it’s worth it - Vienna is ranked the world's most livable city!).</li><li>EU citizenship or a valid Austrian work visa (unfortunately, we can’t sponsor non-EU applicants for this role).</li></ul><h4>NICE TO HAVE </h4><ul><li>Experience with API testing tools</li><li>Experience with performance and security testing.</li><li>Experience with automated testing</li><li>Knowledge of UI/UX, common designs and navigation patterns, accessibility, and willingness to cooperate with designers to assert the best user experience</li></ul><h4>WHAT WE OFFER</h4>A happy team makes for a happy workplace. You’re comfortable working with data, performance metrics (ROAS, CAC, LTV), and forecasting models to guide decision-making.</li><li>Expertise in performance marketing, including CRM with email, in-app and text messaging, as well as user acquisition with social (Meta, TikTok, YouTube), search (Google Ads, SEO, ASA, ASO), influencer marketing, and TV campaigns.</li><li>A strong understanding of product marketing, including pricing strategies, in-app marketing, retention programs, loyalty initiatives, and localization efforts.</li><li>Proven leadership skills.
