The Impact You'll Make
Responsible for the day-to-day operations of IT relevant activities such as: IT infrastructure, desk side support, client management. Acting as interface between business and core IT teams.
What You'll Do
- Maintains IT service levels and supports clients' PCs and IT infrastructure environment on a daily basis.
- Ensures that IT standards are followed and executed.
- Assists in new IT roll-out and integration of business applications.
- Handles desk side support.
- Helps end-users with office software & hardware related issues and problems by providing technical expertise.
- Acts as a communication interface between the regions and the IT organization concerning IT related issues.
- Addresses It specific issues and problems to the IT organization for finding solutions.
- Integrates and maintains hardware and other computer equipment into an asset management system.
Who We're Looking For
- Graduate of a relevant technical college (HTL) or equivant, or 5 years equivalent experience
- Working knowledge of network infrastructure including IPV4, IPV6, DHCP, DNS and VLAN
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English and German language
- Ability to prioritize and have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Intellectual curiosity with clear and logical way of approaching tasks
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as moving or lifting a computer
- Strong customer service ethic and ability to collaborate in a team as well as cross functionally
