Your Responsibilities
We’ve got the productivity tools – and you’ve got the talent to make people fall in love with them! As our Senior Sales Development Representative, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving our sales pipeline, identifying and engaging potential customers through outbound strategies. With a deep understanding of the SaaS landscape, you will collaborate closely with our marketing and sales teams to craft and execute outreach strategies that generate new business opportunities.
You’ll take ownership of researching and targeting top prospects within key verticals. Not only will you excel at outbound prospecting, but you'll also continuously improve processes, refine strategies, and contribute to pipeline growth. If you're driven to grow, this role is for you!
What Makes You Special
- 3+ Years' Experience. You have a proven track record in outbound SaaS sales as an SDR. Experience with the German public sector is a plus.
- Outbound Mastery. You’ve honed your skills in cold outreach, pitching, and generating leads from scratch. You’re resilient, creative, and always stay motivated to secure a deal.
- Prospecting Skills. You know how to build a pipeline by targeting the right prospects through multi-channel approaches (phone, email, LinkedIn), using your advanced knowledge of sales tools to optimize outreach.
- Results-Driven. ou consistently hit your targets and bring a never-settle attitude when it comes to driving results and revenue.
- Operational Excellence. You are highly organized and ensure that your revenue-driving activities are streamlined to maximize your pipeline growth.
- Tech Savvy. You are proficient in tools like Dealfront, SFDC, Outreach, Cognism, Zoominfo and LinkedIn Sales Navigator. You use data to drive decisions and optimize your process.
- Industry Knowledge. You have a strong understanding of the SaaS market, staying up-to-date with trends and developments that affect our target verticals.
- Language Skills. You are proficient in both German and English, with a C2 level of fluency in each language.
- Excellent Communicator. You can communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels and have a natural ability to engage senior decision-makers.
- Growth-Oriented. You’re self-aware and proactively seek feedback. You're motivated to grow your career in sales and see every day as an opportunity for you and your team to improve.
